Availability, rates, extras and confirmations go live on a private test link. Payments are set up against your merchant account with a gateway confirmed for your country — we don't promise one we can't deliver.

How much for a website where people can book?
From N$12,500. Online payments on top from N$14,500. You get a fixed quote after one call — not an estimate that grows.
Can customers pay a deposit online?
Yes — if a payment gateway can be confirmed for your country and your merchant account. We check that before it goes in the quote, never after.
We run everything on WhatsApp. Will we lose that?
No. Bookings still land in WhatsApp and email — they just arrive structured, with dates, vehicle or table and customer details, instead of as a conversation you have to reconstruct.
Do we have to replace our accounting or booking software?
Usually not. We connect to what you already use — Sage, Excel, your PMS, your fleet system — and fix the gaps between them.
We're in Botswana / South Africa / Zambia. Does that work?
Yes. Most projects run on WhatsApp and Teams from the first call to go-live. Currency and payment options are confirmed per country before we quote.
